Femininity (2024)

Ten images, created using darkroom techniques–– digital negative contact printing and chemigrams, comprise a body of work titled Femininity. It is an extension of a work I did in 2020 in which I photographed myself wearing a wire mask that represents fondness of the temporary that is passed down from my father and the expectation of perfection by my mother.
